Feel the Rhythm: Pacific Symphony’s “Latin Fire” Lights Up the Night
Hola, music lovers! Get ready to spice up your evening with Pacific Symphony’s electrifying “Latin Fire” concert (Feb. 16-17). Join us as Pacific Symphony transforms the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall into a vibrant Latin American fiesta. Costa Rican trumpet player José Sibaja and the captivating Mexican soprano Mónica Ábrego open the show. Then, legendary Cuban-born jazz trumpet player Arturo Sandoval takes the stage in the second half.

Arturo Sandoval, who has won an astounding 11 Grammy® awards, is set to dazzle with his soulful expression and mesmerizing trumpet solos. His flawless technique and energetic stage presence have made him a global icon in the world of jazz. Joining him is José Sibaja, a master of the trumpet known for his versatility across genres, and Mónica Ábrego, whose powerful soprano voice beautifully bridges the worlds of opera, mariachi, and ranchera.
